The Parkwood Estates Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is comprised of volunteer Property Owners who serve at the Leisure of the Board of Directors. Our current members are:
The committee meets once per month, on the first Tuesday at 5:00 p.m., to review complete submissions. Reviewing the Architectural Guidelines BEFOREHAND will make it much easier to submit a complete ARC Review Application. All ARC Review Applications are to be turned in one week prior to the meeting in order to determine completeness as specified in the Architectural Guidelines. This will allow us ample time to review your application, make site visits, and request additional information if needed. All items are reviewed in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines and Community Governing Documents. The ARC will review Out-of-Cycle or urgent ARC Review Applications as circumstances and their availability permit. Contractor availability, project scheduling and/or failure to submit a complete ARC Review Application does not necessitate an Out-of-Cycle or urgent requests.

The Parkwood Estates Covenant Compliance Committee(CCC) addresses violations per the FL Statute 720.305, the Association’s CCR’s, Rules & Regulations, ARC Guidelines, and other policies. Our current members are:
